Here is a Mother's Day Freebie!!

My son LOVES Big Nate books.  I'm hoping this is the series that REALLY hooks him into reading on his own!

We will be using NESELA next week in 5th grade.  The students are going to be using the online newspaper (for students) to research different National Parks. 

I was out of town and this was my commute home last night :)

While I was out of town, we discovered that the Cake Boss had a restaurant!  In addition, we got chocolate fortune cookies one night.  However, the chocolate was from Madagascar and it was not sweet.  Think Hershy's Cocoa that comes in a metal tin... I couldn't even finish mine!  I'm pretty sure if I couldn't even finish "fancy" chocolate, I'd never make it on Survivor.
