I cannot believe it is November!!! Tonight is a big night!!! I'm hoping the Kansas City Royals can pull out a win tonight!! We are having beautiful weather this week...80 degrees!! Typically it is about 50 degrees!
My favorite recipe is a cheesecake recipe!
Ingredients for base
2 graham cracker crusts
2 8oz of cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour in crust and bake 20 min at 375 degrees. Cool 30 minutes
Then mix 2 cups (16 oz) of sour cream, 1/2 cup of sugar (I always add a little extra sugar) and 2 tsp vanilla. Pour over cheese cake and bake 10 min more at 400 degrees.
Refridgerate when cool.
**I use light cream cheese and light sour cream.
The cheesecake sounds delicious! I've been listening to Christmas music too... started a few weeks ago. Nothing better than listening to Christmas music. It ALWAYS puts me in a good mood!

I'm wanting to listen to Christmas music already too, but I get groans from the kids. You'd think they'd be all over that.
ReplyDeleteI love me some cheesecake. Mmmm. But I'm a weirdo who really does not like Christmas music, except on Christmas day! We have radio stations that play Christmas music from November 1-December 25 and I refuse to tune them in except on Christmas Eve and day.
ReplyDeleteChristmas music is usually nice to listen to! I should probably play it in my class for my students; I know they would love that! If the weather is 80 degrees, I would want to get out and do things as well, especially before it gets cold!
ReplyDeleteHappy Teaching!
